Chef de Partie
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to do breakfast 5 days a week. A good understanding of English and Food Hygiene is essential.
This position involves early starts and you will need to be motivated, working alone and in a team. Experience in 2 Rosette establishments would be a bonus but not essential.
We believe in using only the best English produce, and grow a lot of our own vegetables which you may be required to pick.
Once the weather warms up and we open our wood oven, we will be serving flat breads and salads in the courtyard in the afternoons, it is our plan to incorporate this into the job of the breakfast chef. So your role will vary and you will have contact with the customers.
Pay depending on experience. Food provided on duty. Jackets and aprons provided, but you will need your own trousers. Own transport would be useful, accommodation may be available.
